Cronica - polish folk metal group, formed in 2014 in Jaworzno. Their music is characterized by melodic, complex compositions and modern, brave approach to traditional music.

The band includes 7 people. Everyone has their own, individual sense of folk music. Musicans take inspiration from traditional European and Scandinavian music. Lyrics tell about old mithology, legends, poetry and philosophy Except for classical rock instruments their use flute, hurdy-gurdy, keyboard, sopilka and violin.

Cronica's most significant achievements are: concert with Arkona and many other world famous bands including Grai, Satana Kozel, Niburta.

They have played concerts with Polish famous bands like Radogost, Percival Shuttenbach and Żywiołak. Cronica has played lots of club concerts and open air festivals.They have taken part in folk themed festivals in Poland and abroad. Up till now they have realised two albums called "Świt Historii" (EP) and "Na tej Ziemi".
