Fifidroki draw inspiration from their surroundings, characteristic elements of the landscapes of Upper Silesia, their homeland - not only monumental factory smokestacks and old working-class districts, but also wide valleys of the Beskid Mountains scenery. If you listen carefully, you can even hear some cultural influences derived from Ukrainian villages and Jewish kibbutz. Their music is as well aggressive and dirty, as lyrical and melancholic.
Their first official release was the 2012 "Hercklekoty" EP, followed by the recent LP "Blomkul" (2016). Thanks to the enthusiastic reception the album "Blomkul" had received, Fifidroki got to be part of line-ups of important musical events, just to mention a few: "Woodstock Festival" 2016, "Jarocin Festival" 2017, "Around the Rock Festival" 2017. The band became also regular guest of yearly festival of Upper Silesian industrial heritage "Industriada".
