In Poland she is well known for being the only Polish vocalist who sings flamenco, tango and a broad variety of Latin music styles. She also gained recognition for her oustanding flamenco versions of the Marek Grechuta songs. Moreover, these songs demonstrate her mastery in making his poetic lyrics available to Spanish speakers worldwide. Together with her group Aire Andaluz she is the winner of the Marek Grechuta song contest within the framework of the 2011 Grechuta Festival.
In 2015 her first CD "Raices" (Roots) was released. It contains such styles as flamenco, ranchera, bolero, cumbia and tango. Since mid-2016 she is working on her new project "Tango Polaco" with prominent Polish musicians: Stanisław Słowiński on the violin, Wiesław Ochwat on the accordion and Ignacy Matuszewski on the production. "Tango Polaco" aims to re-discover old Polish tangos from the 20s and 30s giving them a new electronic and jazz sound. The most beautiful and remarkable Polish tangos have been translated into Spanish by Magdalena Lechowska. The Spanish translations build an unique bridge between Magdalena’s two artistic worlds: the Polish and the Latin one which make them accessible for a large Spanish speaking public.
